Raised Wall Panelling kit

Watch our installation video for more information. The raised panel kit is made up of moulded stiles and rails in loose components and a 5 piece raised panel that has to be cut and assembled on site. Top mouldings are sold separately. This kit covers the entire wall when fitted and can be placed on existing skirting board or used with new skirting. Each kit consists of 6no. 115mm high legs, 2no. 2.2m x 122mm horizontal rails (four 1.1m lengths jointed), 6no. 600mm high x 110mm wide premachined stiles, 20no. 600mm lengths of rebated fielding 71mm x 12mm and 5no. 9mm panels 494mm x 405mm. The stiles and rails are assembled and fitted first, the height is set but can be lowered, the maximum width between the stiles is 495mm to suit the panels but these can be reduced down to 110mm wide. Once the stiles are fitted and the panel widths calculated, the 9mm panels are cut to size and the rebated fielding cut and assembled around each panel, these are then fitted into the openings completing the raised wall panelling. Its made from moisture resistant mdf, kits are primed and sanded and stair kits are also available.
