Tall Faybrook Wall Panelling Kit

The tall Faybrook kit is 1500mm high from the floor including your 145mm skirting board, it consists of moulded rails and stiles that come in loose components. Top moulds are sold separately. This open backed kit uses the wall as the panel and when painted in the same colour it looks as if the whole wall is panelled. If the wall surface is rough, you could place an mdf sheet on the wall first and then place the kit in front but in most cases this is not needed. Each kit has 6no. 115mm high legs to support the base rail if not using existing skirting, 4no. 1.1m x 122mm jointed horizontal rails and 6no. 1125mm high x 110mm wide premachined stiles. These pieces are all moulded and when assembled form a panel, so there is no need for separate beading. The material is 12mm moisture resistant mdf that is primed white, skirting board is not included, this kit can be placed on existing skirting board. The top and bottom horizontal rails have a 45 degree chamfer, the stiles are premachined to correspond to this to fit into place. To adjust the height of the stiles on site, lean the mitre saw over 45 degrees and cut to the required height.
